I received the blender and immediately didn’t work.I contacted the company for a refund.However, I ended up in the hospital (trauma ICU with 6 broken ribs, punctured lung, and pulmonary embolisms).I let the company know and asked for an extension to return item, since I was unexpectedly in the ICU.They were absolutely unwilling to even hear me out.Now I’m stuck with a $40 broken blender. ? Terrible product AND terrible customer service!
