This item was a bit pricey but I went ahead and made the purchase. Blendtec makes good products so, I felt it was a safe choice. Well, the crew absolutely LOVES this thing. It has reduced our trips to the kitchen after every smoothie allowing for quicker service for our customers. I would highly recommend this item for any smoothie/coffee shop.The unit connects easily to any existing sink water supply. The instructions were so-so. There is a plastic adapter pc that sits on top of the unit allowing you to wash the lids. ( At least thats what I think it's for the instructions don't tell you)If you're on the fence...just buy it. You'll be glad you did.
