My beloved Magic Bullet mini blender bit the dust and so I started using Wifey's Breville to make my lunch smoothie. Well, it worked even better than the MB, but just too much trouble to pull out and set-up for a small job. I was going to get a 'new' MB, but saw the Cocinare and was impressed. German engineering along with Titanium blades and 1100 watts sold me so I ordered it. I was not disappointed! My smoothie starts with whole flax and chia seeds. I would grind them (you really do not want to eat whole flax seeds as they just go through you AND you don't want pre-ground because they get rancid quickly), I digress, with the grinder blade and the switch blades to finish off the smoothie. The Breville is so powerful that it just liquifies anything you put into it, but again, sort of a pain to work with. Well, the Cocinare is the same way, just smaller and more convenient and less hassle. No more switching blades! Put it all in the container and it liquifies beautifully. You cannot beat the price and the value for the price. Fast delivery too.
