I was researching information on blenders while considering either a VitaMix or Ninja - until I saw reviews for the Cleanblend. More importantly, I saw how the seller stood behind their product for every negative review I read by offering to send a new blender without requiring the return of the defective one. Then I saw where the seller increased their warrantee from 2 to 5 years. I was so impressed by all that and the Cleanblend's specs (3 hp & 1800 watts) for less than half the price of the Vitamix - and about $20 more than the Ninja, I knew I couldn't lose on a deal like this!My order (blender & 2 books) was delivered in one box on the promised date without any apparent damage. It was very easy to set up & use immediately. I've only used it for 3 days so far, but it does the job promised & that it was designed for - and I've been surprised at how powerful, yet quiet it is while using it. The only "complaint" I could offer at this time is that the pitcher is quite tall and doesn't fit in my fridge very easily. Other than that, it's easy to work with, clean up & reuse various times in the day.I'll give more feedback later if anything changes - but it's bound to be positive!!EDIT (818-2020): Here we are, more than 5 years down the road. Last week I was thinking about doing an update to declare how great this blender has served my family - and is still one of my best purchases, ever. Then tonight my wife showed where something was wrong with the blender. I can't tell if it's the coupler on the base or the bearing in the pitcher. When engaged the chopping blades don't move, leading me to believe that something is stripped. From the beginning Cleanblend impressed me with their warranty & replacement policy. However, when I looked up the warranty (5 years) I just missed it by 5-6 months. Still, no tears. It was all it was supposed to be, right up to the end, on a near-every day basis and was worth the price. It was so good & worth it that I'm ordering a new replacement tonight!
