I love my smoothies- day in and day out. The easiest way to get this 62 year old to eat (drink) vegetables that she just doesn’t want to eat. Spoiled child who loved vegetables at an early age developed a bad diet habit that never included vegetables from her late childhood and throughout her teens and all through adulthood! Now she’s a vegetable eating nut when she blends them in a smoothie.
