This was NOT the refurbished KA hand blender I expected, and it was missing a few pieces.The model and serial numbers were obliterated from the housing by melting. There were new numbers on the accompanying literature. It supposedly had a limited warranty, but the new numbers were NOT in KitchenAid's database. How convenient!I asked for a refund/return. After dealing with Amazon and the seller for over two weeks, I was given a refund.I had to contact Amazon's HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILTY office several times before they finally arranged to have the seller print and send me a return label. I am DISABLED and could not print the label, or deliver the package to UPS.WHAT A FIASCO. Amazon and the Seller have VERY POOR customer service.
